NuVitale Life ("NuVitale," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information gathered through our website, www.nuvitalelife.com (the "Site"), including our contact forms, service inquiry forms, and booking request forms.

4.4 GoHighLevel (Email & Marketing Automation)

We use GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management and marketing automation platform, to manage contact records, send email communications, and coordinate follow-up messaging. When you submit a form on our Site, your information may be transmitted to and stored in GoHighLevel.

GoHighLevel processes data on our behalf and is contractually restricted from using your information for its own purposes.

4.5 Webflow

Our Site is built and hosted on Webflow. Webflow may collect standard server log data, including IP addresses and browser information, as part of its hosting infrastructure. Webflow acts as a data processor on our behalf.

4.6 Cookie Management

6. Healthcare Information and HIPAA

NuVitale Life is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, this Privacy Policy governs information collected through our website only and does not constitute our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

If you become a patient of NuVitale Life, you will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices that explains your rights regarding your protected health information (PHI) and how we are required to use and disclose it under federal law.
